Has the timeline changed for you to come home? Looking for a replacement 5 months in advance seems a little premature to me...
Good point. But I need someone to fill this role so I can be free to start another role - SAP implementation (which starts in April). And, considering it took me about 6 weeks to learn this role... I imagine it will take some time for me to train the new person. So when you add it all up, May is about right.
