Grammar Patrol

I was just reading a few of my more recent posts and I found a couple errors. Where is the grammar partol? Now granted, one of the errors was simply using the year 2006 instead of 2005 (you basefall fans were just too kind to point that one out to me, but I assure you it was a typo). The other one was the use of the word "of" instead of "or." Either way, I am ashamed of my blogging performance. Two errors in one week is simply unforgiveable. Do not let me get away with that in the future. I am sure if Joel Bain still read my blog, he would have pointed them out - in grace and kindness, of course. That guy has a keen eye for grammatical errors. But I digress...

I was doing my daily check to see if anyone has posted anything new and I thought I clicked on the name under yours.. my friend Alicia. As i'm reading it I was like... "How does Alicia know Joel??" After I finished reading I realized that the colors didn't look like Alicia's blog, the font was different, and oh yeah... It was your's :P I need some more sleep.

i just thought the "partol" was to test us to see if we would help a brother out from now on...

Todd, I think EVERY TIME I do a post that is some sort of grammar rant or the like...I ALWAYS shoot myself in the foot with an example of just the sort of thing I'm ranting about, and make myself look like the proper idiot that I am. Oh well...keeps me humble!

We'll go with that, Stacy.

Dovie... glad to know you feel my pain.

Whenever the grammar patrol deputizes me, I also shoot myself in the foot as well. The last time happened when I was correcting someone's "righting" instead of "writing." Since that day, I have sworn never to critique anyone's blogs or emails.
